Astrograph Telescopes

An astrograph is a telescope designed for imaging rather than visual use, with optics corrected to give a flat, sharp field across a camera sensor, usually at a fast focal ratio. Petzval and quintuplet refractors such as the Askar SQA and FRA series, the William Optics Cat line and the Takahashi FSQ deliver wide, colour-free fields from a compact tube, while reflecting and catadioptric designs like the Celestron RASA and Takahashi Epsilon offer more aperture at very fast focal ratios, down to f/2.8 on the Epsilon 180ED. Match your astrograph to a sensor from our deep-sky cameras.
