A camera rotator turns the camera around the optical axis so you can frame a target the way you want, or repeat the same framing night after night, without loosening the camera from the telescope. Motorised rotators such as the Pegasus Astro Falcon Rotator V2, the WandererRotator Pro, Lite and Mini V2, and PrimaLuce Lab's ARCO are set to an exact angle from imaging software, and the ARCO also works as a field de-rotator; manual camera angle adjusters, including Takahashi's CAA range and models from ZWO, William Optics, Artesky and SVBONY, turn by hand at a lower cost. Manual adjusters are often made for a specific telescope, focuser or M48/M63 thread, so check the fit, and compare options on the motorised field rotators and camera angle adjusters pages.
