Filter Drawers, Sliders & Holders

A filter drawer or slider holds a single filter in a thin housing within the imaging train, so you can swap filters by hand in seconds without removing the camera — a lighter, lower-profile alternative to a filter wheel. Choose by thread and filter size: ZWO's 2" Gen II drawers and the SVBONY SV226 come in M42 and M54, Player One drawers in MINI and MAX, while Starizona sliders, Antlia's RASA 11 adapters and the Artesky RASA 8 holder are made for fast astrographs such as the Celestron RASA; ZWO also makes drawers for Canon EOS and Nikon lenses, and the Hutech drawer fits Canon R-series cameras. To hold several filters at once, see filter wheels, including the manual SVBONY SV133 listed here.
