Cheshire eyepieces and sight tubes are passive collimation tools: they show the reflected outline of the mirrors so you can centre them by eye, without relying on a laser's own alignment. The range includes Takahashi's collimating eyepiece, crosshair tube and collimating telescope, the Antares 1.25" and SVBONY SV197 Cheshires, and Farpoint kits that pair a Cheshire with a laser.
