Covers shipping, handling, and brokerage costs to send ZWO products back to the US for warranty repair ,and its return.  When the camera is received back it will be sent back to you. 

You must contact ZWO technical support first before sending a camera in for repair.  Please contact ZWO directly at this website https://support.zwoastro.com/ for technical or repair support.

Camera's need to be sent back to Ontario Telescopes location prior to being sent to the US for inspection.  Cameras must include a print out of the email exchange with ZWO technical support and a ticket number must be included. Without this information cameras will not be sent to ZWO for repair. Customer is responsible for bearing the cost of shipping to Ontario Telescope, and can be purchased as an option.  A label will be sent to you separately with this option

Please allow for at least 4 weeks for a complete turnaround.  Any non-warranty related costs for warranty repairs are the responsibility of the customer to handle with ZWO directly.  Ontario Telescope will not get involved in non-warranty costs.

Enter your camera serial number, model number, and ZWO RMA number. Without this information there will be a delay in processing.
 
Out of warranty repairs are not accepted and must be handled directly with ZWO.
