This adapter can be used to adapt the StarChaser SC-2 to FW8-8300 filter wheels that have their mounting holes at 45 degrees:

  • Raised side goes into filter wheel
  • Unthreaded recessed holes are used to attach adapter to FW8-8300
  • Threaded holes are used to attach SC-2 to adapter
  • Rotates the mounting holes 45 degrees relative to filter wheel mounting holes
  • Recommended when using AO-8A and SC-2 with older FW8-8300 units
