- Description
arge format cameras and older camera models use a DB9 style AUX/I2C connector. Smaller format compact cameras and guiders use the smaller Mini DIN 9 connector instead. In some cases adapter cables will be required.
The following cameras use a Mini DIN 9 connector:
- StarChaser
- Aluma CCD
- Aluma AC455
- STC-7
- STC-428
The 11066 adapter cable has a DE9 plug with male pins as shown below:

The 11066 cable is compatible with:
- AFW Filter Wheels
- AO-X via “I2C IN” port
- AO-8T and AO-8 via DB9 pigtail
- FW7 via DB9 pigtail
- Older filter wheels with female DB9 pigtails
