These 1.50" (3.81 cm) bore counterweights are compatible with all 1.5" counterweight shafts included with the Paramount ME, Paramount MX and Paramount MYT model mounts. The Paramount ME II includes a 1.875" counterweight shaft, but is also thread-compatible with the 1.5" counterweight shaft.
- The Paramount MYT includes one 9 kg (20 lb.) counterweight.
- The Paramount ME includes two 9 kg (20 lb.) counterweights. If the total weight of the instruments attached to the Paramount ME exceeds about 32 kg (70 lb.), additional counterweights may be required.
- The Paramount MX includes two 9 kg (20 lb.) counterweights. If the total weight of the instruments attached to the Paramount ME exceeds about 32 kg (70 lb.), additional counterweights may be required.
The Paramount ME II includes a 1.875" diameter counterweight shaft and two 1.875" bore, 30 lb (13.6 kg) counterweights. The Paramount ME II can optionally accept the 1.5" diameter counterweight shaft.
Counterweight weights can vary by +/-5 percent.
