- Description
The Meade USB to RS-232 cable provides a direct connection from your laptop or ASIAIR to your Meade mount. No need to use an USB to RS-232 conversion cable. One less thing to go bad!
Utilizing an FTDI chipset the assigned com port will not change when the cable is removed and plug into a different USB port.
The cable is intended to replace the Meade 505 cable only, and can be used on Meade telescopes that utilize this cable.
