This 7″ metric universal dovetail bar features 60mm wide hole spacing made for William Optics and most Asian-made clamshell rings , plus general-purpose use. D-size (Losmandy-compatible). Machined of sturdy aluminum with a distinctive blue anodized finish . CNC-machined in the USA.

Who Is This Product Best For?

The FMDUPS is for telescope users with William Optics clamshell rings, or similar Asian-made rings using the 60mm spacing standard, who want a Losmandy D-size dovetail bar. It’s also handy as a general-purpose D-size bar where 60mm hole spacing fits the application. If you have Farpoint dovetail rings or standard Losmandy-hole-pattern rings (75mm spacing), see our standard universal dovetail plates instead.
