About the PowerTank Lithium Pro

The PowerTank Lithium Pro is Celestron's large-capacity portable power pack, offering twice the capacity of the original PowerTank Lithium and enough to run a telescope for up to 17 hours. Its LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) chemistry is lighter, smaller and safer than sealed lead-acid batteries, is rated for up to 2,000 charge cycles, and needs no routine maintenance.

Ports include a 12V DC 5A telescope power port, a 12V DC 10A car-battery-style adapter port, and two 5V USB ports (one 2.1A, one rapid-charge) for phones, tablets and accessories. A built-in LED light panel offers white or red illumination. It also meets current FAA carry-on regulations, so it can travel with you to dark-sky sites.

See our new Celestron PowerTank Lithium Pro listing for full specifications.
