Daystar's Solar Scout telescopes are compact hydrogen-alpha refractors in 60mm and 80mm apertures. Chromosphere models are tuned for surface detail such as filaments and plage, Prominence models for limb prominences, and the Solar Scout 60 Double Stack narrows the bandpass further for higher surface contrast.
