  • Description

This accessory is designed for use with our Quarks, it allows mounting a T thread camera directly to the Quark and also includes a tilt function to remove Newton's Rings( also known as interference fringes).  If you plan to image with your Quark, this is the most important accessory to purchase.

This unit tilts up to 5 degrees in order to handle the nastiest fringes.  Do not waste your time on competitor's tilt adapters that were designed for nighttime use - those do not have nearly enough tilt range.

The camera clocking angle can also be adjusted at 30 degree intervals by removing the thumbscrews and choosing a different hole pair.  This allows you to orient the camera for the best cable management.

Designed to work natively with 17.5mm flange focal distance cameras, it also includes a 5mm spacer ring for use with 12.5mm flange distance cameras.

Specifications:

Tilt range: +/- 5 degrees.
Quark side thread: Male 1 3/8-24 UNS
Camera side thread: Male M42x0.75
