Warranty Policy

At Ontario Telescope and Accessories, all purchases are governed by the manufacturer's warranty policy once the return period has concluded. Please note, returns are not accepted beyond this period. Customers are advised to review the manufacturer’s documentation or website for detailed warranty policies and should contact the manufacturer directly through their support email or contact form for any warranty services. Customers outside of Canada may need to deal directly with the manufacturer to determine warranty qualifications. If necessary, Ontario Telescope and Accessories can provide this information. It is the responsibility of the customer to initiate contact and establish a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the manufacturer. Our team will assist in coordinating the warranty repair or replacement process once an RMA is in place. Be aware that customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred, and a nominal handling fee may be applied for warranty assistance.
